We equip dedicated field workers with practical tools and financial security needed for effective community service. This year's support included motorcycles for workers in remote areas, enabling them to reach previously inaccessible communities. We also provide literature and educational materials to aid workers in their community engagement and relationship-building efforts.

Our comprehensive support extends to providing livestock (goats and cows) that create sustainable income sources for worker families, along with financial crisis assistance and start-up capital for those launching small businesses. This approach ensures that workers can focus on serving their communities while maintaining family stability and long-term security.

Candidate for these gifts are vetted by our local leaders. To ensure that we are investing wisely, we also require recipients to report  on the progress of their livestock and/or the practical benefits of their gift (e.g. how a motorcycle has helped them save time and increased efficiency).
