Our mission is to serve the poorest of the poor in the Developing World, with most of our current projects based in Bangladesh—the world’s most densely populated country. There, nearly 50 million people live in extreme poverty, struggling with food insecurity, limited healthcare, and fragile incomes. Frequent natural disasters further deepen their hardship.

 

Years of on-the-ground experience have convinced us that the best way to help is by partnering with local organizations. This ensures our efforts remain cost-effective, relevant, and rooted in real community needs.

 

Our Canadian staff and volunteers regularly visit project sites to connect with “unsung heroes”—local leaders who have a proven record of selfless service. We then act as a bridge, resourcing their vision for community transformation while upholding strict financial accountability.

 

We keep administrative costs very low. With no property or vehicles, our staff manage everything from their homes, operating under the umbrella of our registered Canadian charity, I.D. Ministries.
